I am all about quick and easy this week! It is so nice to throw this into the crockpot and have an awesome flavorful meal for dinner. The chicken was so tender and the entire family gobbled them up! It is definitely a meal that everyone should try!

Place the chicken breasts and broth into the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Remove the chicken and drain all liquid. Shred the chicken using two forks.
Add the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker. Stir in the dressing, Parmesan cheese, and pepper until the chicken is coated well.
Heat for an additional 30 minutes or until warmed through.
Spoon the mixture onto buns and top with romaine lettuce. Garnish with additional parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if desired.
