I was in need of a change. This recipe really sounded interesting and I had never done a meal like this in the crockpot. So I put it to the test. It was so delicious! The flavor was perfect. Our whole family loved it. It was so easy to throw together. I also served
this bread with it. They are so good and easy! You definately need to try both!

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl mix together the ham, hash browns, dried onion soup mix, salt, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and cheese, and place in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle stuffing mix over top, then drizzle melted butter over the stuffing. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 2-4 hours.
